“I first encountered Tree Care WA when I called to request that someone come to my house to have a look at a large Tuart tree in my back garden that had dropped a large bough and broken my neighbours’ fence. They sent their consultant to examine the tree and advised that there was no disease in the tree but that there was a possibility that this situation could occur again in the future due to the way the tree had previously been pruned. I was given several options and quotes to solve the situation. He was extremely helpful and professional, and I decided to have the tree removed. Before continuing with the job, the stump grinder operator was sent to give a quote on having the stump ground. This was quite complicated due to the position of the tree and involved the removal and return of part of the fence between my garden and my neighbour’s. Again, the service was extremely professional, and I was happy to go ahead with the quote.
On the day of the tree removal, a team of 4 arrived to remove the tree. I was extremely impressed with their team work as well as the agility of the climber, and the skill, care and precision with which he removed the tree. It was an extremely lengthy and exhausting procedure but at the end, the team cleaned up the neighbouring gardens where some debris had been lowered into and my neighbours were also extremely impressed.
Tree Care WA is a fantastic company and I have recommended them to my friends, neighbours and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring a professional team to carry out their tree works.
